We’ll review your new patient documents and answer any questions you have. Then, we’ll show you around the dental office, so you’ll feel comfortable in our dental office. Finally, you’ll receive a thorough examination and teeth cleaning, and one of our dentists will go over your current state of oral health and help you develop a plan for ongoing care. Financing Options Available
At the time of service, we ask for payment for the out of pocket costs of treatment, the portion not covered by insurance. We accept your payment in cash, check, or major credit card. We are also happy to work with third party financiers that offer low and no interest payment plans. CareCredit financing is available in our dental office. You can click the links below to get pre-approved for financing from both of these financiers. We also accept payments online.
In-House Savings Plan
If you don’t have an insurance plan, we offer an alternative, the Westgate Dental Care Membership Program. Our in-house savings plan makes receiving necessary dental care affordable for those patients without traditional dental insurance coverage. Our Membership Plan includes reduced fees for any service (even those not covered by traditional insurance), unlimited digital X-rays, complimentary consultations and emergency visits, and regular checkups and cleanings.
