APPOINTMENT POLICY and AGREEMENT

Our goal is to provide quality dental care in a timely manner. In order to do so, we ask that patients adhere to our cancellation policy. This policy enables us to better utilize available appointments for our patients in need of dental care.

48-HOUR APPOINTMENT CANCELLATION POLICY

Westgate Dental Care has a 48-hour cancellation/rescheduling policy. If an appointment is missed, canceled or changed with less than 48 hours’ notice, there will be a $50 charge per hour of scheduled appointment time.

Our practice realizes that there are many things that come up in people’s day to day lives. While truly sympathetic, we are a private, family-owned practice that cannot absorb the financial responsibility of last-minute cancellations.

We reserve your time just for you! We do not double book appointment times so that we can best serve your dental and oral health needs. We simply ask you to respect our commitment and time as we respect yours. In fairness to all patients, this policy is in effect regardless of the reason for the cancellation.
