New Patient Information
Your First Visit
At your first appointment with Westgate Dental Care, you’ll be treated with the kindness and warmth. Our team will greet you warmly, review your new patient information forms, and take you on a quick tour of our state-of-the-art office. At this first visit, we ask that you plan to spend a little extra time with our team. Our goals are to help patients create a meaningful partnership with our team, and provide a personalized treatment plan. We’ll gather diagnostic information, carefully clean your teeth, and then we’ll sit down with you one on one to discuss any areas for concern we’ve discovered. You’ll receive gentle, attentive care using all the latest dental techniques and technologies. Most importantly, our team members will spend time getting to know you and ensuring you are comfortable and feel welcome in our office.
Before your appointment, it may be simpler to fill out your new patient information forms at home. You’ll have convenient access to any of the documents you may need rather than trying to track this information down in our office. If you need help at any time while you’re working on new patient forms, please give us a call. We’ll be happy to answer your questions. If you would like to complete your forms in our office, please allow about fifteen minutes before your scheduled appointment time to fill them out.
Dental insurance coverage helps our patients offset the costs of caring for their family’s smiles, so it’s important to our team to help them maximize their coverage. Our staff members have years of experience processing and filing insurance claims to help our patients receive the benefits they invest in. We are in-network providers for some of the common insurance plans, and we’ll do our utmost to ensure patients with other plans receive their maximal coverage.
Before beginning any treatment plan, one of our knowledgeable team members will walk you through the cost of care, provide an insurance coverage estimate, and help you understand the amount of your out of pocket payment. At the time of service, we accept payments in the form of cash, credit, and checks. We are also happy to accept third party financing through CareCredit and Chase Health Advance. These financiers specialize in medical and dental care, and they provide low and no interest payment plans for qualified patients. We also accept payments online.
In-House Savings Plan
The Westgate Dental Care Membership Program is a great cost saving solution for those patients who don’t have dental insurance. In addition to covering preventive care like cleanings, examinations, and x-rays at no additional cost, our in-house savings plans provide complimentary consultations and emergency visits. Additionally, there are deep discounts on other services that may not even be covered by traditional insurance plans such as cosmetic dentistry solutions.
