Rajmonda is our financial coordinator and has been with WDC since 2003.
She completed high school in Albania and attended Alexander Xhuvani University, along with completing numerous hours of continuing education in dental office administration.
Rajmonda believes Westgate Dental Care is simply the best dental office in the area because our doctors and team always go the extra mile to make sure all of our patients’ needs are met.
In her downtime, she enjoys discussing books with her kids and planning vacations to historical landmarks with her family.
Suela is our scheduling coordinator and has been with WDC since 2008.
She completed high school in Albania and has numerous hours of continuing education in dental office administration.
Her belief is that WDC is a great environment to work in and is happy to be part of it. She enjoys building relationships with patients over time and enjoys helping patients with their needs.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband and kids.
Lisa has been a Front Desk Coordinator with Westgate Dental Care since 2018.
She received her Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education in 1994, from the University of Louisiana in Lafayette, Louisiana.
Lisa appreciates the WDC team’s expertise, cooperation, and compassion, whether we are working to restore, improve, or maintain our patients’ dental health.
Lisa loves reading, cooking, and crafts of all kinds, especially sewing. She and her husband, Ryan, have one daughter, Alice.
Bes is a Front Desk Coordinator and has been with WDC since 2018.
He received his Associates in Arts from Triton College River Grove.
Bes enjoys being a part of the WDC Team because of all of the friendly faces he gets to see every day. In addition, he enjoys being a part of an organization that is changing lives and helping people become happier and healthier.
He enjoys playing soccer, spending time with friends and family and going to the movies in his free time.
Rachel is a Front Desk Coordinator and has been with WDC since 2018.
She received her Associates in Arts and Associates in General Studies from the College of DuPage.
Rachel truly enjoys the people that she gets to work with at WDC. She is proud to be part of an organization that is dedicated to giving back the communities in which it serves.
In her free time, you will find Rachel reading, spending time with family and friends, playing Dungeons and Dragons and singing karaoke songs.
Elizabeth is a Front Desk Coordinator and has been with WDC since 2018.
She enjoys working at WDC because there are always friendly faces to see, the office values teamwork and prioritizes being involved in the community. She also believes WDC goes above and beyond for their patients every single day and that is something she is proud to be apart of.
In Elizabeth’s free time, you can find her hanging out with her friends and family, trying new restaurants, enjoying music festivals and playing with her dog, Diamond.
Athena is a Front Desk Coordinator and has been with WDC since 2018.
She is originally from Colorado Springs, CO and completed high school and college there. She has an Associates in Business Administration and has since received her Management Training Certification as well.
She believes that WDC is a positive environment where the staff takes time to make sure that all patients needs are met and have exceeded their satisfaction. She particularly enjoys the Patient Appreciation events and any other events WDC does to give back to the patients and the community we serve.
In Athena’s free time you will find her spending time with her husband, 2 daughters and dog. She loves being outdoors and traveling.

Kaylee is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been with WDC since 2009.
She received her Associate in Applied Science Dental Hygiene in 2009 from Carl Sandburg College. In 2017, she finished her Bachelor of Science Dental Hygiene, Summa Cum Laude, at Eastern Washington University as further education has been a top goal.
Kaylee believes what sets WDC apart from the rest is our amazing staff, our positivity in caring for our patients and one another, and giving back to our community.
During her free time, she enjoys to paint, distress and update old furniture. She loves playing with her two cats, Zoe and Toby. She now loves living in the northwest suburbs and also enjoys visiting family near the Quad Cities. Kaylee is an avid Chicago Bears and White Sox fan.
Maria is a hygienist and has been with WDC since 2013.
She has an Associates in Applied Science and received her RDH from William Rainey Harper College.
She loves the team atmosphere at WDC – all for one and one for all. We work together for the greater good of the patient. Every team member is very engaged!
When I'm not practicing I'm at home with my two beautiful little girls Camila 2 yrs old and Gabriela who is a newborn! They sure keep us busy but we wouldn't have it any other way.
Candice is a hygienist and has been at WDC since 2014.
She has an Associates in Applied Science and received her RDH from Kennedy King College.
Candice enjoys working as a team, providing the very best care to all of our patients.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, her son Frankie and her dog Shelby. She also loves camping and baking whenever she can.
Milica is a Registered Dental Hygienist and has been with WDC since 2018.
She received her Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene, Summa Cum Laude, at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. She values continuing her education in the dental hygiene field and takes advantage of opportunities to continue learning.
Milica enjoys working at Westgate Dental Care because of the incredible effort put in to providing the best care for patients and she believes it has the best atmosphere for team members.

Jessica is a Registered Dental Hygienist and joined the team at WDC in 2018.
She received her Associate in Applied Science Dental Hygiene from William Rainey Harper College. Ahead of her hygiene degree, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.
Jessica enjoys working at WDC because everyone on the team has the patient’s health in mind, allowing us to provide the best care for each patient. She values the relationship she builds with patients and looks forward to seeing them at subsequent visits.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, both 2- and 4- legged! She also likes to visit the National Parks, especially out west.
Michelle is a registered dental hygienist, and has been with WDC since 2018.
Received her Associates in Applied Sciences at Texas State Technical College. She is currently working towards her Bachelors Degree at Wichita State University, to be apart of the class of 2019. She was also published in 2017 in TodaysRDH.
Michelle enjoys working at Westgate Dental Care because of the awesome team atmosphere and the generalized push towards excellent service and experience that every team member exudes.

Elda is a dental assistant and has been with WDC since 2014.
Elda completed high school in Albania before moving to the United States.
She enjoys working with a staff who is very professional and always puts the patient first and foremost.
In her spare time, Elda enjoys spending time with her family and taking long walks with her daughter.
Tracy is a dental assistant and has been with WDC since 2004.
She loves that everyone is like family here. This is her “second home.”
At home, she has a teenage son, and together they enjoy action and horror movies. She has a fat cat named Mr. Kitty. She loves listening to live bands, naps, playing PS4, and cheering on the Blackhawks during the hockey season!
Ella is a dental assistant and has been with WDC since 2015.
Originally from Albania, she has a BS in English Language studies.
She enjoys working with an “amazing staff” and taking care of the patients who walk through our door every day.
In her spare time, Ella enjoys reading, watching her favorite shows, listening to music, and taking long walks with her family.
Lupe is a dental assistant that has been with WDC since 2017.
She is a graduate of Prospect High School in Mount Prospect.
Lupe enjoys working at WDC because she believes she has an awesome team who work great together and show her ways to improve and reach her goals.
In her free time she enjoys spending time with family and friends. She loves trying new foods and exploring new places that are vibrant and full of life.
Elona is a dental assistant and has been with WDC since 2017.
Elona received a degree in Economics and a degree in Foreign Language in Albania. She enjoys working with a staff that values teamwork and is always willing to help out when needed.

Alma is a dental assistant and has been with WDC since 2018.
She completed high school in Albania and the Dental Assisting Program at Arlington Dental Careers.
Alma enjoys working at WDC because she feels appreciated by the entire team and the patients. She feels like WDC has the best team and best doctors to serve this community.
In her free time, Alma enjoys cooking, spending time with her husband and kids, walking and traveling to new places.

Teja is the Marketing Director of Westgate Dental Care, as well as owner and spouse of Dr. Peter Kics. She has been involved with Westgate Dental Care since it opened in 2002.
She received both her B.S. and Master of Education degrees from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. After teaching for a decade and then raising her family, she was thrilled to begin the role of marketing director at Westgate Dental Care and has taken numerous hours of continuing education.
Teja loves being part of WDC because of the dedication and care her entire team gives to its patients, each other and the community at large. A core value that all team members follow is to “over-deliver” to their patients and each other, and she gets to witness this on a daily basis. She is proud of the impact WDC has made for the past 15 years and looks forward to the years ahead.
In her spare time, Teja enjoys reading a good book, traveling to new places, and spending time with her family and friends.
