About this time in 2002, we opened our doors for\nthe first time and began to help our friends and neighbors in the community\nhave healthier, happier smiles. If you are looking for a dentist with a great\nreputation, Dr. Kics and the rest of our team go above and beyond to make your\ndental experience a positive one from beginning to end. We are grateful for the\nopportunity to serve Arlington Heights and the surrounding areas and look\nforward to caring for your smile more in the future.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Humble Beginnings<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>When we first started out, we had a small team consisting of\nDr. Kics, one hygienist, one dental assistant, and one front-desk coordinator.\nOver the years, we\u2019ve slowly but surely added more team members in order to\nbetter serve our patients and expand our dental family. Now, we have 38 people\non our team, several of whom have been with the practice for many years. For\nexample, Rajmonda, our office administrator, has been with us for 15 years;\nTracy, one of our dental assistants, has worked with us for 14 years. You can\nrely on our experienced, caring team to meet your needs with a smile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Dedication to Excellence<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Although our practice has changed a lot over the course of\n17 years, one thing has remained constant\u2014our commitment to providing\nhigh-quality dental care. Every day and in every appointment, we strive to\nuphold our core values: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>We serve.<\/li><li>We have integrity.<\/li><li>We over-deliver.<\/li><li>We are coachable.<\/li><li>We are positive.<\/li><li>We celebrate. <\/li><li>We are not just in the dental business, we are\nin the <em>people<\/em> business.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We want to make our patients\u2019 dental experience as effective\nas possible. Every year, Dr. Kics and the rest of our team take hundreds of\nhours of continuing education and advanced training. Why? These courses allow\nus to use the most innovative techniques and technologies available and give you\nand your family the best that dentistry has to offer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Making the Community Better<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>From the beginning, we\u2019ve tried to make a positive\ndifference in our community. For example, we realize that our patients are\nbusy, so we offer convenient hours six days a week. Also, we want everyone to\nbe able to afford top-tier dental care, so we offer a in-house membership plan\nfor those without dental insurance. Over the past five years alone, our\npractice has donated $115,000 to local schools, organizations, and\nsponsorships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moving forward, you can continue to expect the highest\nquality of care and service to the Arlington Heights and surrounding\ncommunities. We will keep putting our patients\u2019 needs first and make sure that\nthey leave with a smile on their face. Since then, the practice has grown to have five highly trained\ndentists on staff to serve patients in the Arlington Heights area.
